REGISTER NOW FOR THE SPRING TRIP TO ATLANTA - DEADLINE: JANUARY 8TH
Join the Willow Spring Band program for an unforgettable trip to Atlanta! Open to all band members, highlights include a performance at Six Flags Over Georgia, exciting excursions, and bonding with your band family.
Cost: $600 per person (may adjust based on participation). A $150 deposit and intent form are due January 8, 2025, with remaining payments due in February, March, and April.
A minimum of 50 participants is required. Student accounts must be current to register.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR OUR DEWEY'S BAKERY HOLIDAY STORE
This is a major fundraiser that supports the entire band program, and it’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! Volunteering is easy, fun, and a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours for Key Club, NHS, and other organizations—just make sure there's at least one adult present.
Store Dates: November 20 - December 23 (Closed Thanksgiving Day)
Location: Original Strength Institute (212 S Main St, Fuquay-Varina, NC)
Store Hours:
Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
We need MANY volunteers to make this fundraiser a success. Come join us, spread some holiday cheer, and support our bands!

JAZZ BAND INTEREST MEETING
ALL-DISTRICT BAND AUDITIONS - JANUARY 11
The Jazz Band meets after school in the spring, performing two concerts and “run-out gigs” at community events, retirement homes, and festivals. Traditional jazz instruments are featured, but all are welcome, with players adapting parts as needed.
Depending on interest, there may be two groups: auditioned and non-auditioned. Stay tuned for details from Mr. Still in December!

Auditions for the All-District Honor Bands will be held at Willow Spring High School on Saturday, January 11, 2025. Selected students will attend the clinic at Green Level High School on January 24–25, 2025.
